Custom Products

All embroidered products and services are custom-made based on customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of embroidery services, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment.

Design Approval

If a design proof, mockup, or digitized embroidery file is provided, the customer is responsible for reviewing and approving the design prior to production.

Approval confirms that the customer has verified:

• Spelling

• Artwork

• Colors

• Placement

• Size

The Seller is not responsible for errors that were present in an approved design.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required before production begins unless prior arrangements have been made. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders if payment cannot be processed.

Prices, services, and product availability may change without notice.

Production Timeline

Production timelines may vary depending on order volume, design complexity, and product availability.

Estimated production times are provided as guidance but are not guaranteed.

Customer-Provided Items

If embroidery is performed on customer-provided garments or materials, the customer assumes all risk associated with the embroidery process.

The Seller is not responsible for damage, defects, or loss of customer-supplied items and cannot guarantee replacement of such items.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, branding, and content created by the Seller remain the intellectual property of the Seller unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Customers may not reproduce, resell, or distribute designs created by the Seller without permission.

Customers submitting artwork confirm that they own the rights or have permission to use the artwork.

Limitation of Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of products or services.

The Seller’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, the Seller is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Customers must contact the shipping carrier directly for claims regarding delivery issues.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Seller operates.
