Custom Embroidery Service Agreement & No-Return Policy
Custom Work Acknowledgment
All embroidery services provided are custom and made to order based on customer specifications. Due to the personalized nature of embroidery, all sales are final and no returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted once production has begun.
By placing an order, approving a design proof, or submitting payment, the Customer acknowledges that the order is custom work and agrees to these terms.
Design Approval & Digitizing
If a design proof, mockup, or digitized embroidery file is provided, the Customer is responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all elements, including but not limited to:

Spelling
-
Design placement
-
Colors
-
Size and scale
-
Artwork details
Once the design has been approved, the Seller is not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Order Inspection & Claims
The Customer must inspect the order upon receipt. Any concerns regarding workmanship or fulfillment must be reported within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
To submit a claim, the Customer must provide:

Order number

Description of the issue
-
Clear photos of the item
Failure to report issues within 7 days will constitute full acceptance of the order.
Care Instructions
The Seller provides care instructions for embroidered products. The Seller is not responsible for damage resulting from improper care, including but not limited to:

Washing or drying at incorrect temperatures
-
Use of bleach or harsh detergents
-
Fabric shrinkage
-
Heat damage
-
Improper storage or misuse
Failure to follow provided care instructions voids any claim regarding product condition.
Customer-Provided Items
If embroidery is performed on customer-provided garments or items, the Customer assumes all risks associated with the embroidery process.
The Seller is not responsible for:

Damage to garments during embroidery
-
Fabric defects
-
Material incompatibility with embroidery
-
Hoop marks, needle holes, or minor fabric distortion that may occur during the embroidery process
The Seller cannot guarantee replacement of customer-provided items.
Embroidery Process Disclaimer
Embroidery is a mechanical stitching process performed on textiles. Minor variations may occur, including but not limited to:

Slight thread color variation
-
Minor placement variation
-
Natural fabric puckering or movement during stitching
These variations are normal characteristics of embroidery and are not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
The Seller’s total liability for any claim related to embroidery services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific item or service in question.
The Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of embroidered products.
Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, approving artwork, or submitting payment, the Customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Custom Embroidery Service Agreement.
